Welcome to the new and improved Newcombs.com website, which is still under development. We (that means me and you - a registered user) hope to update this website much more often with news and other important tidbits relating to the family, friends and others.

Our new website is "database" driven on the Joomla CMS platform. This means that once you add an article, submit a link or add a recipe ... its instantly available to everybody who visits this site. Pretty cool.

Speaking of recipes, check out the "Family Recipes" section on the right. Our hope is to compile all those traditional family recipes of the Newcombs, Albaughs, and others. We are relying on you to add those recipes. Once added, you can easily direct others to this site to view the recipe. Say goodbye to copying that "egg dish" recipe or Norma's marinade for others (unless you want to).

If you are a friend or family member, please register to gain access to content and features only available to registered users. Feel free to make a suggestion for other categories, etc.

Registration for real family and friends is free, however, registration and the right to post articles by non-family and friends (i.e. Spammers and the like) is only $5,000 per day. So you can see what a tremendous value registration is, for those of you that know us.
